Pan Release Spray, Vegetable Oil, #2514	40 second spray
Roll, Sweet, #1233	214 rolls

1.	Spray sheet pans with food release spray or line with parchment paper.
2.	Pan the rolls 60 (6 x 10) rolls on each sheet pan.
3.	Bake the rolls according to package directions. CCP: Heat to 135 degrees F or higher for at least 15 seconds at the completion of the cooking process. If manufacturer instructions on the package or case have a higher temperature, follow those recommendations.
4.	Portion 1 roll for serving. Each portion provides 2 oz. eq. enriched grains.
