DIRECTIONS

Thaw the sandwiches according to the package directions. 

CCP: Cover and hold under refrigeration (41 degrees F or lower) until ready for service. 

2.

Place sandwiches on serving line. Portion one sandwich per serving. Each serving provides 1 oz. eq. meat/meat alternate and 1 oz. eq. whole grains. 

CCP: Hold under refridgeration (41 degrees F or lower) until ready for service. Check temperature every 30 minutes. Do not refreeze. 

Production Notes

For best quality, do not refreeze. If a product is not used within 24 hours, the product should be discarded.
