DIRECTIONS

1.

Thaw rolls according to package directions. 

2.

Spray sheet pans with food release spray or line with parchment paper. 

3.

Pan 60 (6 x 10) rolls on each sheet pan. Bake according to package directions. 

CCP: Heat to 135 degrees F or higher for at least 15 seconds at the completion of the cooking process. If manufacturer instructions on package or case have a higher temperature, follow those recommendations. 

4.

Place on service line. Portion 1 roll for serving. Each portion provides 2 oz. eq. whole grains. 

CCP: Hold and maintain product at a minimum temperature of 135 degrees F or higher. Check temperature every 30 minutes. Discard any leftovers.
