DIRECTIONS

1.

Thaw the sandwiches according to the package directions. 

CCP: Cover and hold under refrigeration (41 degrees F or lower) until ready for service.

Place a variety of sandwiches on serving line. Portion one sandwich per serving. Each portion provides 1 oz. eq. meat/meat alterante and 1 oz. eq. whole grains. 

CCP: Hold under refridgeration (41 degrees F or lower) until ready for service. Check temperature every 30 minutes. Do not refreeze. 

Production Notes

For best quality, do not refreeze. If product is not used within 24 hours, the product should be discarded.
