    DIRECTIONS

    1.

    Wash the tomatoes under cool, clean, running water, then drain thoroughly. Core the tomatoes and thinly slice them (8 slices per tomato).
    Cover and refrigerate until ready for assembly.

    CCP: Hold under refrigeration (41 degrees F or lower) until ready for assembly.

    2.

    Portion 1/8 cup lettuce, one tomato slice, and two pickle slices into individual portion container. Cover and refrigerate until ready for service.

    3.

    Serve one container per portion. Sandwich Trimmings do not provide any meal components.
