    DIRECTIONS

    1.

    Prepare the reconstituted dry milk according to instructions on the package. Slowly add the dry milk to water to prevent clumping and mix until the dry milk is dissolved.

    2.

    Use the milk in recipes as indicated. Dry milk does not credit for any components.

    3.

    Store any leftover reconstituted milk in the refrigerator at 41 degrees F or lower.

    CCP: Cover and hold under refrigeration (41 degrees F or lower) until ready for service. Check temperature every 30 minutes. Cover, label, and date any leftovers. Refrigerate at 41 degrees F or lower.
