1. | Prepare the reconstituted dry milk according to instructions on the package. Slowly add the dry milk to water to prevent clumping and mix until the dry milk is dissolved. |
2. | Use the milk in recipes as indicated. Dry milk does not credit for any components. |
3. | Store any leftover reconstituted milk in the refrigerator at 41 degrees F or lower. CCP: Cover and hold under refrigeration (41 degrees F or lower) until ready for service. Check temperature every 30 minutes. Cover, label, and date any leftovers. Refrigerate at 41 degrees F or lower. |
