1. | Combine the buttermilk and mayonnaise with the dressing mix in a mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed for 3 to 4 minutes. |
2. | Pour the mixture into a container and cover. For best results, refrigerate the Ranch Dressing overnight to develop flavor. CCP: Cover and hold under refrigeration (41 degrees F or lower) until ready for service. |
3. | Stir or shake the dressing well before serving. |
4. | Cover and refrigerate the dressing until ready for service. Portion 1 ounce of dressing with a 1-ounce ladle for serving or use as indicated in the recipe. Ranch Dressing does not provide any components. CCP: Cover and hold under refrigeration (41 degrees F or lower) until ready for service. Check temperature every 30 minutes. Cover, label, and date any leftovers. Refrigerate at 41 degrees F or lower. |
