    INGREDIENT
    MEASURE (FOR 64 SERVINGS)
    Milk, Fluid, Buttermilk, Cultured, Lowfat
    2  quarts
    Mayonnaise, Gallon, Bulk, # 2250
    2  quarts
    Dressing, Ranch, Dry Mix, #2244
    1  package
    DIRECTIONS

    1.

    Combine the buttermilk and mayonnaise with the dressing mix in a mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed for 3 to 4 minutes.

    2.

    Pour the mixture into a container and cover.

    For best results, refrigerate the Ranch Dressing overnight to develop flavor.

    CCP: Cover and hold under refrigeration (41 degrees F or lower) until ready for service.

    Stir or shake the dressing well before serving.

    Cover and refrigerate the dressing until ready for service. Portion 1 ounce of dressing with a 1-ounce ladle for serving or use as indicated in the recipe. Ranch Dressing does not provide any components.

    CCP: Cover and hold under refrigeration (41 degrees F or lower) until ready for service. Check temperature every 30 minutes. Cover, label, and date any leftovers. Refrigerate at 41 degrees F or lower.
