1. | Heat one gallon of water in a stockpot. Using a wire whisk, combine one package of cheese sauce mix with hot water. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring continuously. |
2. | Reduce the heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened. |
3. | Portion 2 ounce serving with 2-ounce ladle or use according to the recipe. Cheese Sauce does not credit for any components. CCP: Hold and maintain the product at a minimum temperature of 135 degrees F or higher. Check temperature every 30 minutes. Discard any leftovers. |
